Refunds will only be given in the following situations:

1. you purchased a preorder but not enough slots were filled to get it into production

2. your INSURED or TRACKED item goes missing in the mail/is damaged in the mail (have only had 1 case of this out of hundreds of orders worldwide so it's very unlikely)

*please note again that you must have paid for insurance or tracking on your order for you to be able to get a refund for a lost package or damaged package. If you paid for the cheaper standard shipping, there is nothing I can do about a lost/damaged package.
