I do not offer cancellations so please be 1000% sure you want to make a purchase before placing your order.

Refunds will only be given in the following situations:

1. you purchased a preorder but not enough slots were filled to get it into production

2. your INSURED or TRACKED item goes missing in the mail/is damaged in the mail (have only had 1 case of this out of hundreds of orders worldwide so it's very unlikely)

*please note again that you must have paid for insurance or tracking on your order for you to be able to get a refund for a lost package or damaged package. If you paid for the cheaper standard shipping, there is nothing I can do about a lost/damaged package.

Please be aware that this is a preorder item.

This means that:
- pins go into production with preorder funds so if there aren't enough slots filled, the pin cannot go into production and all buyers who preordered it will be refunded for the cost of that pin. 

- preorder prices are cheaper than instocks and include more freebies

- preorders can take up to 2 months to produce (please do not make a purchase if you're not willing to wait for their production)

Processing time (printing, packaging, sending) is 1-4 business days usually but can take up to 1.5 weeks during/after shop updates.
