- Each mystery bag comes with three super seconds grade pins (if you order more than one set you may get duplicates)

*super seconds are pins with very noticeable flaws eg. large portion of missing enamel, large portion of miscoloured enamel etc.

- Any pins could be included in this mystery bag. (Generally you'll get one large pin and two smaller ones per mystery bag.)

Refunds will only be given in the following situations:

1. you purchased a preorder but not enough slots were filled to get it into production

2. your INSURED or TRACKED item goes missing in the mail/is damaged in the mail (have only had 1 case of this out of hundreds of orders worldwide so it's very unlikely)

*please note again that you must have paid for insurance or tracking on your order for you to be able to get a refund for a lost package or damaged package. If you paid for the cheaper standard shipping, there is nothing I can do about a lost/damaged package.
