Refunds will only be given in the following situations:

1. you purchased a preorder but not enough slots were filled to get it into production

2. your TRACKED item goes missing in the mail/is damaged in the mail (this happens only once in a blue moon so not to worry, but in the event it does, I am not responsible for non tracked parcels. If you paid for the cheaper non tracked shipping, there is nothing I can do about a lost/damaged package.)
